Welp, good news and bad new guys! The breast diagnostic center called me this morning. The results of my biopsy came in yesterday evening, and I have a benign fibroedenoma. Now, good news is it's a benign mass so it's not cancerous, and it could spontaneously disappear on it's own! Bad news is it could continue to grow to the size of a plum, and I could at that point need surgery.
Not to get graphic or anything but right now it's about the size of a green grape and it extends from my nipple up to the 12 o'clock position.
So I have to monitor the lumps growth for the next 3 weeks till my next appointment where we'll decide if I'll be getting surgery or not.
I never like to think negative but I feel as if you should always prep for everything. Ugly scar right above my nipple? It could be cute though, I'd rock that shit.
I just want the mental anguish and physical pain to go away... That's all.
