get up at 7am....no ciggie for me had a little cry!
9.10 get first client shampooed-stress cos she has shitloads of hair....... 
ahhhhh im gonna run late want a fag and cry again!!!
12.00 cant deal with it anymore,wont to buy ciggies but i dont-instead i sit outside with my bottle of water and sulk this time!!!!!!
12.45 lunch time-dont want my crappy tuna roll,oh no i want a cigarette instead!!!
1.00-buy patches,slap one on my arm,it goes red and burns.lots.
1.30 no more craving
6.00 leave work right away so i dont have to watch anyone smoke!!!!!
8.00 my lovelyborn_to_diebroght me choccie so i am happy!!!!!!!
so i have got through the first day which is the worst and in feeling pretty pleased with myself!
im sure tommorow will my so much easier so rather than being like this i will be like this
