i am going to ditch the fags!
its a horrible thought as i know so well the feeling of''i wanna kill someone"will last for the first few days.it is so hard because you get that horrible empty feeling inside too but i know once i get over that it will be sooo worth it!
any words of encouragement will cheer me up no end,thats for sure!
so tommorow will be the last day of smoking ever
