Friday
So far today, the washing machine ate my washing- then refused to open.
Washing machine now dead

Stepped on a Pizza Hut sour 'cream and chive' portion, looks like ive got jizz all over my boots and jeans and a strange upward direction (wonder what CSI would make of that)

went to a launderette, on my way there i fell over and did an A-Team roll over the pavement- twisted my ankle (whether i tripped, my ankle gave out or my trippy medicated head was to blame i dont know) but i did this in front of a hot woman- why is this always the case. I should have just lay there and waited for mouth to mouth!

Post office has lost my amazon book- in an incident that even they are confused over. ( my friend Kate has the same problem- but she is a bit dizzy(i can write these things now as she reads my posts, and she apparently has written a close to the mark Christmas card))

For once i got my repeat prescription with out error or sweat or running about.

Have my first Bipolar group tonight- and its in at the deep end at their Christmas party at an Italian Restaurant, feel like ill be intruding as i havent been to a session yet- but just going to politely gate crash the event- in a kind of invited way.

my med is making me light headed today , happy smily face!

Apparently my wages have cleared, happy smily face!

Ive cut my nails.

have interesting stuff to say, but no energy, so if some one wants to come around run a hot bath for me, make me dinner and take a journal dictation, then there will be an update, i dont think thats going to happen so you will just have to wait.
