There really need to be a bipolar cook book put together. That contains all the stuff i shouldnt eat and when! just had my last diazipam to calm me down. but mabye theres a crazzy pudding out there that woud do the same thing?
i should experiment, a have some pears and yogurt?!
Why is there no support centres in brighton? might go for a run around the park
I am so bloody tired of working though this by myself, my doctor perscribes ok, sighns me up for non surfacing therapy cause the que is so long.
Think all i need is a group, somthing to keep me focused on eating well, exercise and some where to swap tips. not sure if the experts have anything really usfull to offer anyway apart from box ticking

UPDATE med worked all calm now

this could be a weekend of medication hell, forgot to buy sleeping tablets today, and with no diazepam left all ive got is drinking chocolate and audio books to help me sleep tonight. and its wet so midnight walks will be very unpleasant.
ahh i have my mini stepper maybe im saved!
so mini stepper - bath - drinking chocolate- and audio book thats the plan!
either that or write another long rant, until my eyes drop out!
