well it's Sunday...sigh...work tomorrow...have to pick up the house, do laundry...take my mom for a walk (she had a double bypass 2 wks ago and been helping her recover)...but all I want to do is...nothin...but I won't can't be lazy...today I start eating better and start exercising...gained too much weight when I was unemployed and I am soo disappointed in myself...so taking charge and doin somethin bout it..DAMN IT....hate being this big...well anyways better get goin...catch ya later
