I <3 banana smoothies! OK, so it's actually a banana milkshake with vanilla ice cream, but come on - it's soya ice cream, and soya milk, and there are TWO bananas in there. So if you look at it that way it's totally healthy. Although I'm feeling kind of sick after my second blush

As of today Donnamatrix is no more. At least not on SG.com. I'm awfully busy these days and I'm just not getting much out of it any more. And I need to save the money - paying council tax and rent next year will be no fun at all!

Thanks to everyone I've 'chatted' to over the last few months. Take care!

Donna x

P.S....

Anyone in the UK after a SG hoodie? I've got a brand new size Medium zip-up one on eBay.

I'd like to post this in SGUK too but my application hasn't been accepted yet frown

Ah Berkeley is good but bloody hard. We have a few big names here if your into the drier side of philosophy John Searle is probably the biggest. Thats not offensive about john and kerry because where you spend your money really is none of my business. I don't think I could give an objective view of their work as I only have one tattoo and although I've seen a lot on other people most of them have been one's that were done in angels. Also they are very good friends and so I'm inclined to think they're fantastic just because of that. By the way tell me if you know anyone who has a spare room for next year as I'm currently homeless although I do have two potential things going on the sinner accomodation board. Anyway I need to go and work on my rawls paper which is due in two days so we shall talk later. smile smile smile
lordmuppet:
p.s is it just me or does the philosophy group on SG suck rather badly?

Does anyone know of a site that sells decent basic 'geeky' clothing? I've been looking for a tank top/sweater vest and even after trawling countless schoolwear sites I can't seem to find one. eBay seems to think 'tank top' means gay fetish lycra things...

Please help!
timmy55:
Search the US eBay for "sweater vest" - you might get better results. smile

Edited to add: I just did a quick search and there's loads. There's bound to be a few that ship worldwide.

Cant help with the tank lady but just to let you know, the girls do Burlesque shows in Brighton and Cheltenham pretty much monthly at the mo. Theres an open audition in July to create a UK troupe that will tour. If you havent already, join the SGUK group. I'll vouch for you, it's great for getting to know members in the UK and to find out about meets and events. Of course the SG Scotland group is pretty helpful for that too. wink

I WANT. It's at times like this that I wish I:

a) had lots of money to throw around
b) suited cutsey girly dress things

Boo frown

The whole site in general is really cool.
veganhammer:
I think this is funny... (takes approx. 10 days to make) ... smile WOW they still custom make those things. smile

Money and want equal ???

Have a great time enjoy your day. smile
commonman:
Sometimes it's fun to want. That is a neat site.

Do Not Itch It. biggrin If it gets real bad I use Vitamin E (pure) or cocco butter (use the stick).

My masters is in environment policy, so I was trying to go in that direction. But the jobs pay way less than my shipping job so I do not have much working experience. Ie why I didn't get in to Yale. frown

It's turned out really nicely!

I've booked an appointment for my next tattoo - my vegan flower (inside of my forearm). Fri 8th April. I'm going with my friend Rose, who's getting her first tattoo with me. I can't wait!

(Design in my PICS folder).

OK, so Rose isn't getting hers done on Friday - she's waiting a little while. But I'm so stoked about mine! Right now I have...

Cool. Next time you could maybe even try to get the A&D stuff from the US in plenty of time to save a last minute panic. wink

What do you think of the new Weezer video? When I first heard the single I wasn't very impressed but it's really grown on me since then. Looking forward to the album now.

I love your vegan tattoo idea.

Concerning Kant- I really enjoyed learning about his ethics- but also found the metaphysics too 'intense'.

Hope your essay went well! I'm off to write one on feudalism skull

Just attempted to join in SG chat - it's manic in there!

Does anyone know if the SG girls ever do shows in the UK (burlesque, etc)? I only know one person who's been to one, and that was in Canada...
