I suppose I should be a bit more active in blogging or writing or posting on SG. Just logging in and checking out videos and sets doesn't really boost the social aspect of this site. I guess I'm never really sure what to write about, or I think what I write is dumb and don't end up posting it. I'm sure I'm not alone with that one.
Well I guess I will talk about what is going on with me right now. Can't sleep tonight. Busy weekend. Midwest BrewHaHa starts today. For those of you that don't know what that is, its a roller derby tournament in Milwaukee WI. My league is skating three days in a row so I'm pretty stoked to get to spend some good time on the track and getting to meet and drink with some pretty awesome other skaters.
I just need to keep myself from going into star struck mode since their will be some pretty big names in the derby world there. I know of at least one derby crush coming up from Chicago too.
Most of all I'd like to actually win a game. Throughout my home season my team didn't do so great in the winning department. Oh well. Always next year.
I think one of my big hopes for the weekend is to actually get back to my outgoing old self...from a long time ago...and get to chat with people and really have a great time. Its funny how life events can change you from being a pretty big extrovert to a really bad introvert. I want to be my extrovert old self. I was way more fun then.
Ok, I need to try and get some sleep so I can knock out my last few hours of work for the week and drive up to Milwaukee to skate tomorrow afternoon.
