What up....So you should check out all the new pics I put up last night! Hopefully you like a couple of them. Did you know that sweat stifles sniffles? People who did strength training at home using fitness balls and resistance tubing for 30 min a day, three times a week for 11 months showed a significant increase to their immune systems defense against viral and bacterial infections! Holy shit eh? HA HA
