One day my grandson will find my Suicide Girls Book in my library and say Papi Carlos, what is this book with the pictures of the girls about. and someone wrote in it with a marker and it was not me ..???
I will then tell him the story of the Suicide Girls. who many years ago made history, they left a mark in my life, they did what they wanted and taught many to do the same They did what they liked, what they enjoyed and they did what made them happy They told their story, they had fun and they were honest, sincere, free and helped many feel good about themselves. They helped many to feel proud of themselves, and they were great examples of how to accept who you are and know you are beautiful inside and out. They experienced life to the fullness and they were the ones who started a movement and started the Revolution.
I would then have to explain that once people where not honest, people were not true to themselves and people did not care about what mattered most I would tell him that the Suicide Girls movement created change in the minds and hearts of many which resulted in the peace and justice we now share
And I would say Never forget to be true to yourself, accept who you are and be free to express your thoughts, be creative and know you are beautiful inside out That would be his moment... I will explain the writing in the book was when the Suicide Girls came to Chicago a long time ago and they signed my book I would have to set up the old DVD Player and show him the Suicide Girls The First Tour. Then he will know and understand... what SG was about.
---- Dont miss it ---- get the DVD of the First Tour, it's history in the making so be there when it happens
Have a fun Halloween and Keep the Revolution Moving Forward. MUAH !!!!!!!!!
