The 2 words that made my gut hurt:
She is "beauty, personified!" regarding someone else but damn how I remember my reaction when I heard it a long time ago. My friend loved that whore so much, that her wrong doings werent that much of an issue. They were but he lost someone he truly loved and never was the same again as I witnessed.
His poetry stopped, and his bitterness took over. Because of 1 important girl in his life, he doesnt feel the need to commit nor to strive for finding her again or even someone similar.
Its interesting how someone can have such a huge impact on you, and the other person will never know it.
Using people is not right. He admits to doing that now and that there is no emotional attatchment from him. Too bad for the girls that fall for him, cause they wont last long..he wont let them. Guess he is afraid of being hurt again so he wants to be the first to dismiss.
There is a time where the majority want to settle down. Importantly, you get all your curiousities and partying out of your system before you can pursue. So that then your other half can have all your time and youre ok with that. Thats how its suppose to be.
Friends matter most.
Yeah to a point. As we get old, they are less likely to be around as they use to because they themselves have more responsibilities and the focus on their own life. Time will be sparse, so forget about hanging out wherever and whenever.
In the end, who does one turn to besides family?..the one you chose to share your life with. That person who will forever be around and on your side.
In conclusion, things happen for a reason. We experience, we learn and never forget. Best not to repeat mistakes again cause we have no reason to. Maybe we can be a better person next time around and be appreciated, finally.
I wonder how many chapters Id have in my autobiography?
That was sooo out of character!
