Hello everyone
Long time no talk and its truly a long time.
Lots of different things happened, whether those experiences were good or bad, they were truly worth to be experienced.
First of all Im happy to say, that since last week Im out of hospital.
I had a shoulder injury and Im proud to say that everything went good.
This means I cant wait to start visiting my "second home" - my gym - again as not going to gym was a truly painful time for me.
On the other hand it was quite interesting to spend my stay at hospital without using any internet.
I wouldnt thought thats possible as I like to read different training articles or spend some time up on this site here......but it was possible and nevertheless Im happy to be connected to the internet back again.
Now its time to talk about a topic I truly love to talk most about, its about working out at a gym.
Since April I started to put on mass again and I went from 84 kg at a body fat percentage of 8 % to 91,5 kg right now.
Actually I do not know what my current body fat is but it does not matter as in a mass phase you simply eat as much as possible of the good food.
Heres a current picture:
At university everything is allright. I passed all my exams with great results and in two weeks its time to start my fifth semester.
If everything works well I will finish university next year in July.
Actually Im very confident and I know it will work out well
To come to an end, in about four weeks Im driving to my lovely town in Poland that is called Krakow.
Its such a wonderful and lovely town, if you still do not had the possibility to visit Krakow, this has to change.
Oh yes, Im in love with this briliant piece of music.
