For some reason, I think this picture is brilliant.
Mostly because I was trying all hard to be cute, and then feel like I ruined the picture by not being as awesome as Dierdre. And had no clue she was making that face while the picture was being taken.
Barnes and Noble interview on Friday. Hopefully that goes well.
Didn't hear back from Uno tonight. They told me they'd call if they were going to hire me, so I assume that means I did not get that job. Part of me is disappointed, part of me thinks it is probably for the best since I would rather work for Barnes and Noble or a few other places I turned in applications anyway.
FINALLY got my last paycheck from Hustler! $100 of it goes to my uncle, but the check was bigger than I expected it to be, so money!
What I am really excited about? I'm getting a car! Tuesdae is selling me the car she has here in Richmond. I told my parents about it, not thinking they'd actually even consider it. Then when they were considering it, I thought they meant as a second family car, but apparently they actually mean for me. They are paying for it at first, then I am giving them monthly payments to buy it back over time.
It is a '95 Chrysler LeBaron convertible. I am going to be styyyyyyyyylin. For seriously.
I'm going to be able to drive places! To work. To hang out with people. To the grocery store. To a cafe to just hang out. Good dear lord I am so relieved. Thank you Tuesdae! Thank you Mom and Dad!
