I couldn't sleep last night, so at five am I decided it would be a good Idea to take a self shot set to submit under the wire, since I decided not to upload the "shocking" set my friend and I took. It just wasn't up to my standards.

So I got up, grabbed an outfit, my camera, my tripod, and my makeup and went into the bathroom.

I will admit, I did do a bathroom set. It's HARD doing sets in tiny little bathrooms! Especially self shot sets with tripods! The set does have an interesting theme though, so it isn't your plain old normal bathroom set.

And you know what? I think it came out really well. I actually really like it. I think it is one of the best sets I've done so far, second perhaps only to the set Brooklyn shot. The photo quality of Brooklyn's set is much much better of course.
It's somewhat lo-fi, but the quality isn't that bad. I had to make do with the camera I have.

When I get home from my field trip I am going to finish the initial photoshopping - i.e. colour correction, then I am going to do the little bit of additional photoshopping for the theme. Don't worry, it isn't going to be anything overly distracting, etc. Just something to make things make a bit more sense.

Hopefully I will be able to submit it by seven or eight pm tonight. Which will give me 3 and a half days until the end of the contest. We'll see how it goes!
