well we're back from tour and i finally don't feel like a crazy person anymore. i think that was the busiest i've ever been in my life, leading up to tour anyway. Once tour started though, it was basically "Well there's nothing more i can really do at this point in preparation, we're off!" I spent the 3 weeks leading up to tour writing four new songs, rewriting old songs around trumpet, writing new trumpet lines in notation, writing a trombone part and extra keyboard parts for a third member, fixing equipment, and teaching everything to Liz in three weeks and teaching everything to Jim in the 5 days prior to tour (he lives in illinois).
