So we took an adventure to Centennial Park yesterday b/c I knew there would be horses (and therefore I took some carrots along as well). Well, there were two horses...way off in the distance in the pasture , eating and ignoring me. So what do I do? Go under the fence and fetch them of course! So I show them the carrot. Nothing. They turn around and continue to ignore me. These things are HUGE by the way, like big work horses with the furry hooves for pulling sleighs (b/c we all know that in order to pull a sleigh you need 4 extremely furry hooves).... So I call them a bunch of sissies and they finally come over and see that I have carrots. First one (I'll call him Stampy) comes over, makes me shove the whole carrot in his mouth and calls his buddy over (We'll call him Stompy). So now that they know I am the carrot fairy they come over, nudge me, walk, keep walking, almost step on me, and basically bully me for carrots. I had no choice! They were going to maul me unless I emptied the bag, so that's what I did. I was alone in the pasture, Marlee and Katie watching from behind the fence. All they see is me slowly backing away from the horses, throwing carrots out of my hands until the bag was empty..."Oh, you have carrots, do you?? Hand em over, or we'll stomp your FACE."...Then i had to jump the fence, and I was honesty a litlte nervous b/c they were getting really excited... Yeah so in conclusion, horses are bullies, just like my Aussie coat-horse, Sprinkles (much love to you sir).
