Well, boys and girls, I'm happy to report I'm handling this absence of my love better than I thought. Don't get me wrong, I still miss him like ten kinds of crazy, but I've been doing well at keeping myself occupied to pass the time. I've also come up with a super cool (or at least, I think so) welcome home present.
I have hidden easter eggs all over the house, scavenger hunt style. They all lead to the bed and a coupon for an example of how much I missed him. The crappy thing is, I will be at work when he first arrives home tomorrow, so I couldn't do anything special right away. That's why I decided to go with the scavenger hunt idea (thanks domnicella!) That way, he'll have something to do to pass the time until I get home. He also has a spotless apartment to ogle AND a sparkling clean truck...am I a good girlfriend or what?
I know he's missing me...he left his formal dinner tonight for a few minutes just to call me. I'm so ready for him to be HOME!
And, for the record, I started TWO successful topics on the boards today. I can't believe it. Usually I don't post much, for fear of attack or just boring topics...but these two carried on for a while. I'll not make a habit of it, though...I'm just not cool enough to consistently think of interesting topics.
Also for the record, I HATE plucking my eyebrows. And waxing them. I love having thin little cute eyebrows, I just hate the upkeep. The burdens of being a girl, I sa-way-er.
I'm hungry, too. I haven't the slightest idea what I want to eat. Perhaps I should run for the border and get some cheap, fattening mexican food. Or, maybe I should just eat some low-fat peppered chicken breast on wheat bread with a bread and butter pickle. *sigh*
I'm so lonely!!!
He'll be home when I get home from work tomorrow. And then I get all night and all day Sunday with him. We're going to his parents for Easter. It's always interesting celebrating holidays, now. His mother is Buddhist, so we celebrate all the Christian holidays and all the Buddhist holidays. I had new year twice this year. I love learning about her culture, too. I think it's one of the reasons she likes me. I'm not doing it just to suck up, either, I've always been interested in Asian culture and Buddhism. Go figure!
We're also baby-sitting his 3 year old nephew on Wednesday. That kid is so amazing. He's so smart and articulate for a toddler. He always runs up to us and grabs my hand away from my sweeties and goes, "No! I love Amy! Not you! Me! I get to hold her hand!" It's insanely cute. It will be kinda weird, us babysitting him together- maybe insight into how our family life will be?
Who knows.
All I know now is that I want him home!!
And for the pretty pleases I got...edited to add my poem:
Painted red lips.
Lined for extra fullness.
Pouting. Kiss. (Me)
Smoldering dark eyes.
Seductively black lined.
Begging. Please. (Now)
Luxurious brown hair.
Swept over an eye.
Screaming. Pull. (Hard)
Black lace bra.
Holds perfect cleavage hidden.
Waiting. Touch. (Gasp)
Matching black thong.
Covers aching sex.
Moaning. Caress. (I want you)
Slender long legs.
Locking you in place.
Thrusting. Harder. (Please)
Gentle neck kisses.
Slowly becoming more.
Nuzzling. Bite. (Oh God)
Two become one.
Moving toward the goal.
Fulfilling. Ecstacy. (Give me more)
