Well... I am still in NC. I was supposed to leave Friday morning, but I'm actually going to be here until Tuesday now.

Wow. I have almost nothing of interest to say. There's lots I'm thinking about, but it doesn't translate into language at the moment. I've never been so absolutely satisfied on every possible level. I can't even pretend that I'm the same forsaken lump of protoplasm that I was a month ago. It's really cool, I am the living incarnation of a happily ever after cliche and I am diggin every second.
If I could give everyone one piece of advice that I have come to understand despite 27 years of experience to the contrary, it's that you should never settle for less. Look for what you want and when you find it make it yours and you'll be happy. Simply happy, that's the best part. It's so uncomplicated it's eerie, but that's just because such a simple feeling of pure happiness is so alien to most people. I know it was pretty foreign to me. But everything else just falls into place around you when you're truly satisfied. This must be how it feels to find a niche, join up with the natural order.
I'm going to go bask in the light of contentedness for a while. Try it sometime.

Although I do have a damn sore throat. Stupid corporeal form. I hope it gets better soon. But at least you can take comfort in that small concession to perfect bliss.

I used to live there when I was a kid. Maybe we went to elementary school together or something. ???Maybe its just that picture with the smoke in your mouth,where you look like a guy from an eighties movie. Like the guy from weekend at burnies mixed with John Cusack.
