If I may be permitted to bitch for a moment about this horrible, horrible stipulation on the reinstatement of our FCC licenses known as "Five Minute Delay"...

I know it's kind of sort of our fault that we were suspended in the first place, but this is unbearable. First of all, it requires extra man power to do it, because we need people in two studios. On top of that, we have to broadcast from a little bitty studio the size of a postage stamp with one mic in it, and if we want to read the live AP feed, we have to send someone into the other room, call the other room, put the phone through the board (which takes, ooohhhh, a billion years) and then put that into the computer. Then we have to record that, save it to the shared drive, send it to the air studio, find it in the jungle of files that they call a computer in the live studio, and the send that to air. This SUCKS!
I know you probably fell like you walked in the room halfway through the story. I'll elaborate at later if you care enough. I'm just very very very frustrated at the moment. Bah! Humbug!
