Not much new and exciting to tell, but I think I got a running start at the new year.
Yesterday I went to my folks for a big New Years dinner so that day was a bit of a write-off, but today instead of sleeping in till eleven and doing nothing for the rest of the day, I slept in till eleven, cleaned up the comics I had scattered around the house (because I was sorting them, which never really works for me), then I shoveled out some snow from the back door (thats all I do, it snows, I shovel it, to infinity and beyond), then I decided that since its January already, now would be a good time to try to string out the block heater cord that has been bundled up, and tucked away under the washer fluid tank of my new car. (Dont ask, thats how they come nowadays.)
Also I washed clothes (well I didnt, the machine did, but I turned it on and put them in there, and if that isnt work I dont know what is.) Then, I re-arranged the computer room I bit (cause it was getting boring), made me some supper (washed my dishes too, Yowza!) read some Conan the Barbarian comic books, and lifted some weights. (though, not at the same time, that would be silly)
Phew! Im exhausted!
NEW YEARS REVOLUTION
I think Im gonna leave this up for quite a while, just to see how Im doing and to remind myself about it.
1. Put my collecting habits on hiatus for ONE YEAR.
2. Buy the one thing Ive always wanted. A super powerful telescope.
3. Start exercising regularly.
3. Get new glasses.
4. New hairstyle to go with the glasses or vice versa.
5. Get a cell phone.
6. Buy a guitar and learn to play the thing.
7. Finish my mini-comics and print them.
8. Get a dog.
9. Get a tattoo.
10. Save money, Formulate Escape Plan, try new things, have more fun.
Sometimes I lie awake at night and wonder when it will all end. Then I hear a voice that tells me, After the credits roll. -Charlie Brown

Punching bags rock... I have one... I don't use it much, but when I do, it's fun
