I recant my previous statement about loving microwavable TV dinners. I hate them now. I suppose theyre fine if youre really hungry and just too lazy to make something better but if I had to choose between Swanson Beef Dinner and the Chilled Monkey Brains from Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, Id have to go with the monkey brains. Hey, its a dessert right, how could you not prefer it over beef dinner.
On a sad note Ive recently found out that Charlie the farm kitten is dead. Apparently another victim if the harsh realities of living outdoors. (Honestly I dont know how he died.)
So while Im sitting here waiting for my pajamas to get out of the dryer, (no, Its not a good idea to start doing laundry at 10 oclock at night) let me tell you what I did this last week.

Well I guess I didnt do a hell of alot. Either that or the aliens have wiped my memory again. Damn.
Oh, yes. I tried writing some more of my story but I find that I cant really concentrate sitting at a computer. So I have to get some notebooks and get to writing the old fashioned way, with a pen, in a book, preferably laying on the living room floor. I also worked on my mini-comics a bit more too. Ive decided to call them funny books as theyre not really books as in a funny car isnt really a car. If you dont know what Im talking about dont worry about it. Its my journal.
I also was in Regina the weekend (the city, you know) I bought some comics (only two again! Yay!) a Star Wars toy to add to the collection, and a couple DVDs. I wanted to get some Christmas lights for my house, but Ill be damned if I can find the kind and the colour Im looking for. I still havent decided if I should put up a tree in the house, since Im the only one here. Itd be nice but Christmas is expensive enough as it is.
Id have liked to have stopped by to see the ever lovin MistressMinxat the wank emporium but we had my friends kid brother with us an you know how it is with family and porno. The two just dont mix.
We also stopped into Chapters bookstore at 9ish on our way out of the city, youd be surprised at how many people are still out and about at the bookstore at 9 oclock at night. Ive noticed lots of people reading in that store in those chairs, and have often wondered if theyve paid for the books theyre reading of if they just go there to read. Anyone know proper bookstore etiquette? Anyway I bought three more Adventures of Tintin books while I was there. Tintins an awesome read if you like comic adventure and really, who doesnt?
One last thing I very much recommend the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheese Cake at Humptys. Itll pork you up, but what a way to go. Oink, oink and all that...
