About that high school reunion? I decided to skip it while I was sitting in the parking lot of the school. The only souvenirs I have of that place are a few sour memories and a lasting hatred of spaghetti sauce. The one happy memory of the place is ripping up my blazer, throwing it in the trash and walking out of there for good. A token teenage clich, but it felt awesome.
Anyway, I spent the day washing my car, mowing the lawn and eating BBQ. It was more fun than spending the weekend in high school all over again.

i would never bother to go to a high school reunion. Mostly because I've now realized that anyone I may have felt inferior to at any point in high school is really just a joke, and going there would just make me laugh.

i think you made a good decision not going. it probably would have just been akward and ridiculous. you saved yourself from it all though so go you! how's your hair these days by the way??
