Wow, here I am again in the land of SG. Oh how I've missed it. Been so long since I've been here, the whole layout and everything has changed!!! Oh boy something else for me to now get the hang of *shaking head*.
Well, heres a brief summarization of happenings since I was last seen on this site. First and most importantly, I've finally gone back to college after a 4 and a half year layoff!!! Between all the fucked up events in my life between high school and that date, I just didn't either have the finances or the motivation to do it, depending on what was going on in my world. But alas I have returned to the lovely world of community colleges... and I couldn't be happier.
I'm still with Liz, the g/f I had when I was on here last. I have no complaints about that what-so-ever, and actually owe her alot for the helping motivation that led to me going back to college.
The sad thing... beyond that nothing of major interest has occured. Just a few small things, good christmas, turned 23, watched my brother/unwanted roommate go to jail, turned out to be somewhat surprisingly depressed about that for a while, got a new job, quit that job 2 weeks later to go back to school cause they wouldn't work with my requested school hours, and have been the same jovial Dal I have always been for the most part.
Ok... to close things up in the traditional Dal style, I have to pose a question to my numerous readers *scoff* to answer for my own amusement. If you are voting in the presidential election this year, will your vote be A) For Bush because you like the way he runs the country, B) For Bush because he has the actual experience that no other contender has, C) For Kerry because you like his ideas, D) For Kerry because, frankly, he's not Bush, E) For Nader because you like his style, F) For Nader because he's an alternative to the big wig national parties and you're a non-conformist, G) You're not voting because you're too damned lazy, or even H) You're not voting because you dread for this countries future just that damn much and you don't care anymore. Plenty of options folks, please choose one. Oh yeah, have I mentioned how good it is to be back and how much I love and missed you all?

it wasn't long ago when african americans and women couldn't vote. so many people fought so hard so future generations could... what the fuck!
and so few people look at altenative sources of information... the people who are really running this country are a handful of newspaper editors and CEOs... is reading really that hard? would it kill people to look at all sides of the argument? i don't care if you're liberal or conservative or moderate... you don't always have to vote for what your party says is right.
