So Bikram yoga...
I've been practicing for 6 months now and it's getting familiar but my gosh it's still kicking my ass. On the good side I've finally got my routine worked out so I can practice 4-5 times a week, 11 classes in 15 days. This week will be short because of long weekend road trip to visit family but you only get the benefits of yoga when you rest so this will be good for me *grin*. One draw back and probably the hardest thing to figure out in the routine was the laundry and the change required to do laundry... the key is not to get it all done at once but space it out so i can do laundry everyday and everyday i have a fresh yoga mat and shorts. The laundry change well that was simpler than I thought as there is a parking meter change machine beside the coffee shop at work.
