I've read what Bea Arthur said about Angela Lansbury. I have no trouble believing any of this.
The audition was great fun! I drove about 2 1/2 hours (minus the 30 minutes getting lost) to spend 5 minutes auditioning for a company centered in a town about 15 minutes away from home. Then I drove 2 1/2 hours (minus the 60 minutes I spent lost) to get back home.
And I loved every minute of it.
This may be a sign that something is wrong with me as a human being.
