Keep in mind folks, we as humans are nothing but a bunch of junkies looking to be pacified.

I'm not diagnosed as a schizophrenic, but lately I've been having a lot of what is considered by most to be dissassociative thinking. I personally call it "Pattern Recognition" - but that could just be the Sonic Youth junkie in me.
I say all that to warn you that if you want my sanity to blow your mind you should head on over to the following link.
The reason I've claimed a different religion every day this week.
This is also why I've found myself coming full circle and redeemed myself as a humanist. A religion that predates all others and has many branches that still thrive today. I was ordained back in 2002.

*edited to add - I have had no prior knowledge of J.R. Reid or his teachings and from the way it is advertised his book "God Fraud" is a complete diservice to the ideals of humanism. I have not read it. I do know however that many "Christian leaders" who claim to believe wholly in the bible like to convieniently leave parts out.
Specifically:
Matthew - Chapter 18 (the whole chapter not selected verses)
Proverbs 22:7
James - Chapter 5
Pretty much all of the prophecy of the Old Testement
Romans - Chapter 13
In Genesis the only instruction God gave to Adam and Eve was to not eat from the tree of knowledge.
On judgement day ignorance may be our only saving grace.
You can call yourself an agnostic if you want to, but that in itself is a form of humanism.
