I appreciate others' beauty, but yet it can make me feel so insignificant at times. Their perfection outshines me to such a degree that I feel I must simply back into the shadow they cast upon me.
Alas, I must learn to love myself as I am, and simply love and respect them for what gifts they were given. It is separate and yet part of me, as we are all separate and yet part of each other.
There is no reason for shame. There is no humiliation unless you decide to experience it as such. It is merely a fear of rejection for the hand you were given, the die that was cast in the making of you.
Love and respect yourself, and you can love and respect others. Then you can see the bonds that unite you.
We are all one part of this reality, of this creation, in this time and place, in this small space of existence.

How delightfully insightful of you, a peak into your insecurities, which laid bare reflects the insecurities of the human condition. We are as much a projection as we are a reflection of what we see in others. Shattered pieces of a mirror some fitting perfectly and some clear across the other side of the plain. A beautiful mess we are.
