Well, I went for my interview. Spent most of it chatting to my old boss and showing him my holiday photos. I wish every interview could be like this. He said it now only depends on whether the HR department approves it so I've now got my fingers crossed. If I do get the job, I might need to fly out to Belgium "on business" 
for a few days. Anyone got any suggestions for decent places to go if I get the chance? I went to Brugge a few years ago and really enjoyed it. Pretty expensive though!
Cooked Vietnamese food for my mates last night - did Chicken with Lemon Grass and Beef with Bamboo Shoots. Think I should cook more South-East Asian stuff. It's quick and easy to do and tastes really good. Still trying to get some decent recipes for Cambodian food - easier said than done!
