For busy times, try Finals times! I have two final exam essays due in two weeks as well as a big show to learn lines for and put up. I've barely done the nesicisary reading for the finals. It's times like this that uncertainty is replaced by fear, fear replaced by dread, and dread replaced by dispair. Then again, maybe I'm being mellodramatic. I hope so.

In other news, I'm reading Watchmen. Alan Moore is incredible, perhaps one of the only reasons there are college classes called "Comic Books As Literature" (as great as Neil Gaiman is, he falls short of stirring social commentary). Last friday night played host to another unsuccessful date, probably for the better. The girl got so drunk she needed my help to walk home. I'm coming to realize that even though I like to help people, i don't have time to be another person's crutch. Maybe recent events have been Life's way of telling me to focus on tasks at hand and worry about everything else some other time. That's hard news for me to swallow, but I'll try. Even as I write this, I should be working on a paper about Frankenstein and Feminist theory.
