Ok so ever since my move ive been doing nothing which has lead to weight gain. It sucks so much cause Ive never been overweight, I had some curves but not overweight. I really do feel like staving for a couple months, but that's unhealthy. So I need to hit the gym hard, like super insane hard and Im sure the weight will come off. When I was working at TB it was hot all the time and I ran around that place doing this and that. I also heard on NPR that standing helps with shedding pounds. I know there is nothing wrong with having sexy curves but overweight is a big big no no that leads to dangerous consequences. Does anyone have advice they can share on losing weight I would so thankful.

Well do as much yard work with heavy stuff and sweat as much as possible, a friend of mine that works with me started at 270lbs and after 3 months he is down to 230lbs, it has been turning fat to muscle and i must say in a none gay mannor he looks good now.
