Ive noticed something about photography thats the complete opposite of most other jobs. When you apply to a typical job, they just want to know where you went to school and what you went to school for. They just care if you have a piece of paper saying you went somewhere and couldnt care less about what you learned or retained. You could have had someone do all your work for you, but since your name is on that degree.. heres a job.
Doing photography, not once has anyone asked if I went to school for it and nobody has ever cared that I didnt. Having a degree in it couldnt really mean less as long as you can produce results and thats how life should be. School should be to teach skills that will be put to use, not be some paper proof that you paid tuition.

So, I really wish you lived closer to where I am (or vice-versa) because I'm desperately looking for a new photog!
