I don't think it's about being sheltered from the real world. I grew up with fairy tales just like the next kid, and was crushed when I realized that things weren't always going to be like that.

I about crapped m'self.. I sent the app in at about 4.30.. 6.18 I got the "you look perfect for our site!" email.
Of course, when I saw it in my inbox, I automatically assumed that it was a rejection and the pool as about to go to picked 2hrs for rejection.
Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for the love! You so cute
