ok, today i began my new responsibilities in quasi-management at work. i run the breakfast shift, but don't get any real power. fuck it, it's a raise, and all the additional work i have to do is cake.
so now that i'm home after a very easy first day doing what i've been doing for months, just without another manager there; i'm tired but happy.
all i have to do is get through tomorrow, and i'm off for two days to go see erin mckeowan in philly. i never did anything for my birthday the other week, so here's my treat to myself.
later,

louise:
management is fun. and i know what you mean about officially being management, but just doing the stuff you always used to do just without another manager there. haha. it's weird, but the pay raise is so nice.
