Hello SG land!
It’s been a beautiful year living in my teeny apartment with my family. We’ve made it on our own, had lots of laughs and tears, and will always remember this chapter of our lives. Many late nights spent cuddling in the living room, making blanket forts in the bedroom, and cooking meals together in the tiny kitchen. I’ll always be grateful for the little one bedroom apartment that brought us closer together, and I will cherish the last month living here!
Moving forward!!! We have been wanting to find a new place with some leg room for our family. We were a little distraught as our lease was approaching it’s end, knowing that people have raised the rent to atrocious prices after the fire storm in our area. We never thought we’d find a place in this county that we could afford, since even one bedrooms are going for over 2k a month right now.
We hit the jack pot!!! It will be a minor adjustment living with roommates again, but we will have plenty of room to set Mila up with her own space and a full play room to store all of the toys. A huge beautiful yard, an apple orchard across the street, a creek running behind the house, and the coast will only be 15 minutes from our home; as well a couple different redwood forests and plenty of hiking trails. Not to mention, a trampoline! Which means..... ample locations to shoot pretty photos!
In the mean time, I will be packing and purging getting ready for the move. The space is clear and ready for us to move in whenever we are ready to, so big changes are coming over the next month! I am super excited to embark on this new territory of life. I foresee wonderful things ❤️
Thanks for sticking around with me! I can’t wait to show off the pretty photos I’ll take once it warms up again out here. In April the Apple blossoms will bloom right outside my front door!
Here are some photos in areas that will be near our new home!
Grove of the Old Trees
Salmon Creek State Beach
Our new backyard!
Armstrong Redwoods State Reserve
Ragle Ranch State Park
The Russian River
And many, many more!! I’m so excited to be surrounded by nature!!
Until next time, my loves.
Warmly,
Pixen
