At about 6pm yesterday, I piled a load of my closests friends into a van, kidapped another, bought them a 40 of wiskey, and headed for a show an hour and a half out of town.
(And, just so it turns out, Sphinx shows up quite randomly, and spices up the club with her fantastic merch selling).
So here we are in Sturgeon Falls, in between North Bay and Sudbury, but fuck nowhere, with 7 bands playing a shitty little above-the-laundromat-bar type of venue.
Fuck the Facts were so fucking amazing live, it was rediculous. I must have bashed into Mel 8 times during their set. This is seriously one of the best bands in kanaduh right now. If you want to be brutally attacked by the most intense female vocals you have ever heard - holy shit check them out!!!!!
So after they finished playing, I finished my third orgasm, and developed the cathartic feeling most often associated with having one's brains blown out with a shotgun, we hopped over to a motel to continue the party. The sun came up this morning and we all headed home.
One of the best fucking nights of my life. Amazing people, fantastic music, thought provoking conversation and, of course, rambunxious renegade building climbing in the middle of the night.
Little pieces of paradise in this world.
If we don't live them, there's nothing worth living.

In the last two months we all started really helping eachother out. If it wasn't for my friends, my partner, and my dreams I would stay in Eugene. But they all want me to follow my dreams so much, to live, to risk, to be what I need to be, that it helped. We've all kind of been doing that with one another.
I say follow your dreams, if you don't know what they are, find your dreams. Do whatever it takes, live to the fullest. If that means leaving, leave, if it means staying stay! you won't regret it!
