Turkey Day in the Big Apple
Love how the city empties out and becomes a temporary ghost town.
I always wonder how there can be such an exodus and I cant help but imagine what it would be like if some major -not so positive- factor made us all have to leave so suddenly.
Then I am happy to dig my heels in even more and happy to call it home.
Happy to watch the people slowly filter back in and fill it to the brim once again.
What becomes of gratitude when we are all on our busy way?
Ah yes tomorrow is another Monday.
