defeatist

i fall, for the love of self-pity
to give some sad dream replaced
do i crumble from the fall?
or search for a better place?

remembered the comfort
embraced the feel
displaced from solace
solace of hurt bereaved

the control of fear
fear of a heart untold
borne of savagery
remember this place
sweat cold and feeble
always return your face

dying to close my eyes
as the night gets blurry
i long to be relieved
and enter back to dream

my stomach is upset so i'm a little pessimistic.
