I Fucking love these guys no doubt about it , I cannot wait to see them come back to Chicago.
I went to to Ozzfest this year mainly for them to show up, but that day I got more thanI bargined for.
It was was partially above and beyond I swear.
I chilled out with my bloodbrothers, my bestfriend and I fucking caught a BLS beachball that we had sought after for after a year or more. haha it was totally a pain in the ass to deflate too especially because you couldn't bring anything sharp or dangerous at the show. My best friend wanted to give up and just pop the mothersucker but I refused to give in so a half hour later it was done the hard way. Some asshole tried to snatch it out of my hands later after their show ended, he was a thirty something year old glassy eyed biker that claimed he wanted that motherfucker so bad but he let it go when I made eye contact.
Later later we ended up regrouping with the rest of the gang and some other friends that showed up too.
We were all chilling at the freakshow as they made a desparate advertising of their show. I was super melllow wth the front row show laying out on the ground watching a sexy lady with a short skirt show off her hoolahoop skills. My main bloodbrother was busting the hosts balls BIG TIME while we pleaded for people to see the freakshow, it was like a show within a show.
Out of nowhere my friends called me back to meet one of the VIPs walking around, which was JD from Black Label Society. I couldn't fucking believe it! We all chatter with him for a few minutes and we shook hands and took pictures with him, almost had his autograph too but lack of a pen fucked that up.
Later after we seen HELLYEAH! and Drowning pool we met up with a memeber of my bloodbrothers' family which was a backstage crewman. We were offered a chance to meet BLSbackstage but things became too complicated and it never happened. However while we hit the concession stands my bestfriend found Dimebag's mainwoman walking around and he took pictures with her. He was sooo stoked to have met his biggest hero's (or idol) lady. To him it meant the world for such a meet.
Oh let us not forget this one either
