The fro is out of control. I would consider shaving it again but I've been told if I do that, I'll have to be hung by my testicles.... and I dunno about your take on it, but that just sounds really painful.
So it's time for a haircut... maybe tomorrow on my day off.
I'm looking into buying a bar... although I don't know shit about running one or anything of that sort... I've got the money and a second investor... and I dunno, sounds like it could be really awesome. Trouble is, in addition to the 200 dollar a month liquor liscense (full bar) and the 28 bucks per square foot for rent, several large blocks of the main strip are being demolitioned in a few months for apartments and condos. Because of this, most places that will remain in business are refusing to sell or are asking a HUGE amount... over a million in some cases. Still, opening a bar and naming it Youngblood's or something would be awesome, so I've yet to give up hope, and hope to meet with the banks about it in a few weeks. If I can get a loan on spec (or do a government grant for a new business and file corporation s) it should be doable. So if it does happen... you better come
Beyond that, there's still my current job at CheapGuys which is doing well but the whole company is going to play musical stores next week. As it stands, I'm not being moved until I move into my new apartment, at which point, it's all up in the air as to where I'll be. The owner wants me at our flagship store, my current manager wants to take me to east (by and far our 2nd highest volume store) and the manager coming to our current location wants me to stay. It's good to be wanted, but whoever wants me the most better offer some incentive ;P Suppose if I do end up doing the bar thing though, can't really hold down such a demanding job and own a business at the same time. Even I am not capable of burning the candle that closely at both ends.
I'm strongly thinking about possibly starting to maybe consider quitting smoking The stress cop-out scenario sounds like a load of bullshit when I hear myself say it and the only thing it's doing for me any longer is ruining my voice and making me sick. Trouble is, any day I DO try and quit, something overly stressful comes up, even on my days off. Damn phone rings off the hook from work because my manager wants my approval (he's the democratic type) on everything before he does anything. Would be really nice to quit though.... I could breathe again
Oh, I'm strangely addicted to CS: Source right now... haven't been this addicted to a video game since the original UT. It's alot of fun
Ok kids, I've gotta get out of here and go put some hours in a work and then come home and get some sleep. Here's your update, now don't you feel special?
