Life Analogy- mind in over-drive
Sometimes I feel like there is too much on my plate and I feel to overwhelmed to eat it all. Instead, I end up not eatting at all, or only taking tiny bites because I'm concentrating on breathing.
This is what happens when I start thining of all the serious life organizing and planning I need to do and get done. Which adds to my normal, daily, life activities.
