I feel fat. I'm up to almost 170 pounds.

I decided enough is enough and went back on the ephedrine today(I know I know).
I ate: yogurt-breakfast
can of tuna-lunch
bbq chicken breast and corn-dinner
after dinner- working on a 12 pack of light beer

I will get back down to 145 if it kills me.
