Hi Girls and Boys!!!

The last months I gradually stopped eating meat, I want to be vegetarian, but this change should be gradual and until now I'm very well I have read some sites and I followed some advice on feeding, but I feel that not enough, do you know any website where I can find good information? besides I'd love to receive advice from vegetarians here
