I love hard-boiled eggs! Thanks to my handy-dandy breakfast tip sheet, I made the perfect hard-boiled eggs. The technique is as follows:
Place eggs in a single layer on the bottom of a sauce pan. Fill with cold water until eggs are covered by 1 inch. On high, bring to a rapid boil. Turn off heat, leave on burner and cover. Set timer for 20 minutes. When the times up, submerge eggs in a bowl filled with ice water. Set timer for 5 minutes. When times up, they are ready.
The eggs came out perfect and were easy to peel. Hooray!
