Alright, i have to lose 7 pounds in the next two weeks. The problem is, i'm at a plateau in my weight loss (it just happens sometimes) - i'm going to exercise more... but please...

ps - a little history - a year and a half ago i weighed 165 pounds, and thanks to hard work, calorie counting, and great support i'm thin (5'4" 127 pounds) but i absolutely have to lose these last 7 pounds for a photo shoot that is coming up. Getting to 120 pounds is still within my healthy weight range ..... so don't worry about my "health" - i'm a-ok on that one, gov'na
