I have a fever, accompanied by a sore throat, mild chills, and that annoying "achy skin" effect that is your body's big red flag that you're sick. ugh. I get this sometimes, but I'll get over it...

LA was fantastic. Here is the only picture that I have from the trip:
This was me right after I got out of hair and makeup - not a great pic, but my hair was pretty insane so my friend snapped that pic of me with his cameraphone.
For those of you who didn't know, I was privileged to be a part of the creation of an upcoming adult feature film called "O - The Power of Submission" directed by Ernest Greene, and producted by Adam and Eve productions and Vivid Video. It's a modern day remake of the classic novel, "Story of O," and both myself and my good friend Claire Adams were asked to be a part of the film.
The roles we were cast in were perfect reflections of our personality - Claire plays a professional bondage rigger, and I play a submissive girl that belongs to the mansion where O receives her training - my character is also a tattoo artist, and I have the luck of tattooing O's symbol of ownership on her in one of the film's scenes. Needless to say, it was a small role but a very fun one to play, and I'm really happy to have been a part of it.

I woke up to this this morning:
Yup, it's wild turkey mating season again here in California country. this feller and about 6 of his guy friends were in the front yard today, puffing themselves up, gobbling with bravado, and dragging their wings to try to impress one of the female turkeys that happened to be walking by. I don't know why I'm posting about this, there's just something about wild turkeys that really entertains me.

My wife has returned to SG, prolly just to ultimately stick out her tongue at everyone and turn her heels to return to more ab-fab venues of internet communication. But I love her regardless and am happy she's back, even if for a brief time.

My birthday's coming up, and in celebration of it I ordered myself something spectacular:
There's a whole outfit ordered along with it as well, but I think this is the best part of the package

At first I didn't like it, but it's growing on me.... what do you think?

In three days I'll be here:
drinking this:
and letting go of reality by getting lost in this:
Then, it's balls-to-the-wall again, for another few weeks of work, first in San Francisco, then back to LA, then Canada, and eventually taking me back to NYC for a couple weeks at the end of may.
regardless - I'm so fucking lucky - it's about fucking time.
Life, for now, is good.
