So its Wednesday, and I'm getting ready to head out to meet the choir-folk types for karaoke at the RATT in an hour and a half or so. Which means actually waking up and all.....ugh 
2 days to go before the paycheck clears and I'll be back in the money...and on the road to calgary for a fantabulous road trip...go here for details if your a member of the SG Canada West group. More people from E-town should come....*cough cough*
so, uh yeah. them two things are about all i've got on the go right now. probably won't see work come again for a couple more weeks (i imagine). the big oil&gas company that runs everything up there was hit really hard financially in the states over the summer due to a bad business deal and an environmental fuck-up of mass proportions, so production has been really slow to pick up. this time last year 24 rigs were operational the Fort Nelson area, and as of this weekend there were only 8 running....which means very little work for a little while longer
