ugh...too late night...
had a good time at Aya's gaming it up after getting back from Red Deer...but those safety courses took a lot out of me and I'm bone tired.
August 4 is my confined space training. After that I have all the required permits and tickets to be an underbalanced drilling operations supervisor...right now I'm just an air equipment operator (and hopefully i'll stay that way for a while
), but the office seems to be trying to stretch employees out too thin.
But, once I get that ticket it should be just a matter of days before i get some work for the summer...bout 10 days should net me 2500 bucks...
goin to sleep to recover....stupid 20 hour days...
edit to add: oh yeah! just found out my cousin whom I get along best with is engaged to her hubby of 3 years! they've been in love with each other for twice as long, but circumstances kept em apart for the first half. she's been waiting for this for well over a year now, and she's totally ecstatic! all i need to do now is to convince her NOT to have the ceremony until at least april or may of next year so i can be home from work!
