Well the trip to Fort Mac went smashing...sorta. Ride was good, seeing people was good, living out of the trunk of my car was good; but didn't have a blast.
Everything about the trip was just sorta ho-hum. It definately seemed I was more excited to see all these people than they were to see me. Nobody really wanted to go party, or even just hang out and have a beer at some pub somewheres. Of course it didn't help much that I was missing a certain someone the whole time, but meh...it would have been the same if I had stayed in Edmonton the whole weekend in that regard.
So, what did I learn from this trip? Getting stuck in a rut fucking sucks. As does getting stuck behind a 90 km/h sulphur truck - for an hour and a half.
Stupid highway 63.....

And hey, look at it this way... you got a girl, I got a fan. Everyone's happy and I think we can call it even.
