So Christmas happened. I got cool stuff. Family haven't killed each other yet, but I've got another day of family gathering to get through yet, so there's still a chance...
Most important aquisitions are the MP3 player which has just finished absorbing my entire music collection
and the Matrix box set.. 10 discs!!! 10!!! 
And hah, I bought a house too. Not a Christmas present, but more of a hmm I need somewhere to live thing. Kind of makes the trashing of car a little better because I also realised that I can't afford to run a silly car and have a house at the same time.
It's just a lot scary tho... I'm gonna own a house. More to the point, I'm going to be in the biggest hole of debt that's ever imaginable and have a mortgage. Very scary stuff.
