so...i went camping last night for the first time! it was fun, actually. i figured i'd have only two problems and surely enough, that was it. a) peeing in the woods--being a female, this is rather inconvenient b)spiders! the whole peeing in the woods thing wasn't as bad as i imagined, except for the spiders. i was creeped out! everytime i'd walk away from camp there would be at least 10 spiders crawl over my feet, and i'd walk into at least one of those really large, creepy tree spiders that are here in lousiana. eek! if it weren't for them, it would have been dandy! we had an amazing cook on our hands which helped! tons of guns for us backwoods people to play with, etc. yea, i know, i'm a goober. it was fun, thank you guys!
on a different note, i've been doing well. i'm enjoying my new job, and what friends i do spend time with...i'm reading this book called Tuesdays with Morrie, trying to beat Super Mario World on SNES for the first time (who still plays SNES? oh yea, i'm the only one...), watching movies, and cooking for entertainment here lately. it's kinda nice.
i've also been having the strangest dreams here lately. the one i still remember from two nights ago was all weird. i had cut my finger off doing something, and then my friends and ex had to put it in some icebucket as we tried to make it to a hospital. we made it to a hospital, and afterwards the dream would skip from place to place in an old friend's (jay's) house. i'd be visiting with all these different people. this girl whom i've never actually taken the chance to know finally became friends with me, and etc. etc. etc. in the way that dreams flow. it was weird. i keep expecting to see some scar from where the finger was attached back to my hand b/c the dream seemed so real despite the events...
i'm actually cooking and baking tonight, and hopefully will be watching The Village! in fact, i'm about to go for a little drive to the store so i can bake tonight. wow, where did this weekend go? lol, i'm such a scaredy cat....i hope the village doesn't trip me out. it's not so much movies, but my imagination runs with scenes/ideas after weird/scary movies....
ok, ok, i'll shut up now...but first, lemme just say that i wish to goodness, i had an actual piano. i have been in the mood....and keyboards just don't do justice for someone like me

Yay for camping! Glad to hear that you had a good time...wasn't entirely sure if you did or didn't. Just watch out for those giant leaf spiders next time, eh? And don't pull a Jon and wander off drunk and fall in the river!
